Meet The Team
Meet Craig
Most blokes grow up hearing the same script: don’t talk about your feelings, just harden up and get on with it.
That script almost cost me everything.
Back in 2001, when my first marriage collapsed, I was left with no family, no support, no real mates. I told myself I had it together, but the truth? I was crumbling inside.
Fast forward to 2017. A workplace injury hit me like a freight train.
The physical pain was one thing, but the mental and emotional toll cracked me wide open.
All the old wounds I’d buried came flooding back. And just when I thought it couldn’t get heavier, Kat’s family tried to push me out of the home through every avenue they could. That double blow - injury and rejection - nearly broke me and nearly broke my marriage with Kat.
If you’re reading this, you might know that same silence. The nights alone. The pressure to “man up.” The feeling of losing yourself, piece by piece.
I’ve been there. And I fought my way back.
Through rebuilding, investing in my growth, and becoming a Master Practitioner of NLP and Timeline Therapy, I turned my scars into tools.
Now, I help blokes who’ve lost their clarity, purpose, and identity reclaim it and step into a life they thought was gone.
Because no man should fight that battle alone.

Meet Kat
Kat’s story is one many women will recognise.
After becoming a mum, going through a relationship breakdown, and disappearing under the constant weight of everyone else’s needs, she hit bottom.
“I realised I hadn’t just lost myself - I’d never truly known myself.”
Her first marriage had already tested her to the core. Living with a partner battling addiction left her carrying far more than her share. It was a silent, heavy struggle that eventually shattered the relationship and left her questioning who she really was.
But the realisation that followed cut even deeper.
The journey back wasn’t about patching up the “old Kat,” but discovering the woman buried beneath the roles, expectations, and pain.
It meant stripping away years of guilt, people-pleasing, and self-doubt.
And that excavation - digging through the rubble of broken trust and other people’s demands to finally unearth her authentic self, became her superpower.
Kat knows the silent battles women fight: the exhaustion, the resentment, the pressure to hold it all together while feeling like you’re falling apart inside.
Now, she uses her lived experience to remind women, especially mums, of a truth they’ve forgotten: you’re not broken. You’re buried. And you can be uncovered.
Because this isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about finally meeting the woman you were always meant to be.
